Request deletion
To request deletion of your Sakhi Ledger AI account and associated business data, email sakhitechdigital@gmail.com using your registered contact information. Include the subject Account Deletion Request. Do not include OTPs, passwords or sensitive customer records in your email.
What is covered?
You can request deletion of your account and associated information such as your business profile, customer/supplier records, billing and cashbook information stored by the service. The team may verify account ownership before processing the request. State the mobile number associated with your account, but never send an OTP or password. You may also ask for deletion of particular stored records without closing your account.
Retention
Some records may need to be retained for legal, security or financial obligations. Retention and deletion timeframes must be confirmed by the service operator; this page does not guarantee instant deletion of all backups.
